Customizing these settings allows lenders to tailor data fields—such as street view, legal descriptions, and insurance—to fit underwriting needs while ensuring a streamlined workflow.

1. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
2. Select Company Settings.
3. Use the left-hand navigation menu to find and expand Loan Setup/Origination.

Property PIN | Enables PIN field for secondary properties. |
Property Owner | Lists the owners Name, Vesting Type, and Share percentage. Required for Title Search integration. |

Occupancy | Defines whether the property is owner-occupied, rented, or vacant. |
Year Built | Records the construction year of the property. |
Do Not Auto-Populate Address | Prevents automatic filling of property address from borrower details. |
