Customize and manage mortgage fields to streamline tracking, loan positioning, co-lending arrangements, payment terms, and discharge details.

Updated over a month ago

Introduction

The Existing Mortgages section allows you to display only the mortgage-related fields that are relevant to your operations. This ensures an organized workspace while preserving all stored data in the background. You can customize loan positioning, payment terms, and key dates to improve workflow efficiency.

Navigating to This Section

1. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.

2. Select Company Settings.

3. Use the left-hand navigation menu to find and expand Loan Setup/Origination.

4. Locate Property Fields.

Tip: If you cannot access Property Fields, ensure you have the necessary permissions or check with your administrator.

Existing Mortgages

You can choose which fields to display for both primary and secondary properties. Deselecting a field hides it from view but retains the data.

Best Practice: Hide non-essential fields to declutter the interface while keeping important mortgage details available.
