Introduction
The Existing Mortgages section allows you to display only the mortgage-related fields that are relevant to your operations. This ensures an organized workspace while preserving all stored data in the background. You can customize loan positioning, payment terms, and key dates to improve workflow efficiency.
Navigating to This Section
1. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
2. Select Company Settings.
3. Use the left-hand navigation menu to find and expand Loan Setup/Origination.
4. Locate Property Fields.
Tip: If you cannot access Property Fields, ensure you have the necessary permissions or check with your administrator.
Existing Mortgages
You can choose which fields to display for both primary and secondary properties. Deselecting a field hides it from view but retains the data.
Best Practice: Hide non-essential fields to declutter the interface while keeping important mortgage details available.

Maturity Date | Defines the final date for mortgage repayment. |
Term Type | Specifies loan term duration (e.g., fixed, variable). |
Rate Type | Defines interest rate structure (e.g., fixed, adjustable). |
Interest Rate | Captures the loan’s applicable interest rate. |
Registration Date | Records the mortgage registration date. |
First Payment Date | Specifies the initial payment date. |
Per-diem | Enables an additional monetary field for daily interest calculations. |
Last Payment Date | Logs the most recent payment made. |
Other Payouts and Charges/Fees | Adds monetary fields for additional payout amounts. |
Discharge Date | Indicates the mortgage discharge date. |
Amount Payable at Discharge | Captures the final payout amount upon mortgage discharge. |
Note: Fields that are hidden can be re-enabled at any time without losing stored data.
