FAQs

What is the difference between reducing vs. keeping the loan facility in a partial paydown?

Reducing the facility lowers the total loan balance, while keeping it maintains the loan limit but reduces the outstanding amount.

What happens if interest is charged on the total balance?

Interest will accrue not only on the principal but also on any unpaid interest, fees, or reserves—this may increase repayment costs.

How do I know which investor payment option is best?

Choose based on your risk tolerance and cash flow strategy. Withholding payments reduces risk, while always paying ensures investor consistency.
