Updated today

Draw and advance documents help communicate the details of an additional loan or advance to clients, lawyers, and internal users. These documents can be automatically generated as part of the advance workflow.

Configure Company Settings

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Company Settings.

  2. Select Company Settings.

  3. Navigation to Loan Servicing > Additional Loans/Advances> Document Configurations

There are 6 draw-related system templates that can be used during the advance.

  • Commitment

  • Lawyer Instructions

  • Lawyers Distribution

  • Lien Waiver

  • Advance Receipt

  • Admin Agreement for Additional Loans/ Advances

Select the checkbox beside each document you would like to use. To make a document mandatory, enable the Required option.

Once you have selected your desired documents and settings, click Save.

Note: When marked as Required, the document must be confirmed before the advance can be finalized. If left unchecked, confirming the document will remain optional.

Tip: If you would like to create a custom document instead of using our defaults, you can do this by creating a PDF Template.
