Add Notes to PAD/ACH File Pulls: Notes can now be added and edited for PAD/ACH file pulls, allowing for additional details to improve organization and tracking.
Expanded Investor Export Options: Access more comprehensive data about investors with enhanced export capabilities, pulling detailed information directly from the Investors section.

HMDA Reporting Tools Now Available for US Users
After much anticipation, we’re thrilled to announce the rollout of brand-new HMDA features! These tools are designed to simplify compliance and provide flexibility for both lenders and borrowers. Here’s a quick overview of what’s new:
Race/Ethnicity Fields for Borrowers:
Input Flexibility: Lenders can now record race and ethnicity information on borrower profiles if it’s already been collected.
Borrower Portal Access: Borrowers can input this information themselves directly in the Borrower Portal.
The HMDA Report:
Compliance Made Easy: Lenders can now generate comprehensive HMDA reports that include all required data for FFIEC submission, streamlining the compliance process.
