AFX Title Search Integration: Smarter, Simpler Title Verification

Introducing AFX Title Search, a seamless new way to order, track, and retrieve title reports directly within Mortgage Automator. Whether you’re confirming property ownership at origination or verifying liens during construction drawdowns, our AFX integration empowers you to manage title searches without ever leaving the loan workspace.

What’s New?

  • Instantly order title searches for any Main Property or Other Property in your loan file.

  • Auto-filled property details minimize errors and save time.

  • Easily upload documents, send messages, and track real-time order statuses all in one place.

  • Completed reports and alerts (like outstanding taxes or liens) are automatically attached to your loan file for fast, easy review.

  • Smart contact options let you direct notifications to individual users or centralized admin teams.

  • Expanded allowable character limits in the Commitment/Term Sheet Details section for better record-keeping.
