Introduction
The Reports Dashboard centralizes all system and custom reports in one place. You can filter, favorite, and manage report visibility using intuitive tools. This gives each user control over how they view and organize key data.
Navigating to This Section
Click the home icon in the top-left corner to navigate to the home screen.
Use the left-hand navigation menu to open the Reports dashboard.
Table Overview
Reports can be sorted and favorited for quick access. Icons and tags help identify report types.
Feature | Description |
Sort Table | Sort by Name, Section, Description, Reporting Period, or Last Generated. |
Star Icon | Click the star icon beside any report to mark it as a favorite. This is saved to your personal profile and does not affect what others see. |
Description | Hover over truncated text to preview the full report description. |
Tags | May include New, Popular, or Most Used based on platform or team use. |
Globe Icon | Indicates system-generated reports. No icon means it's a custom report. |
Tip: When you favorite a report, it also appears under Reports > All Reports in the left-hand menu on your home screen for quick access.
Filter
You can filter reports using section-based or date-based options. Use Apply to set filters or Reset to clear them.
Field | Description |
By Section | Filters reports based on their assigned section. |
By Last Generated Date | Filters by when the report was last run. |
Apply | Applies your selected filter settings. |
Reset | Clears all active filters. |
Grouping
Reports are grouped by section by default. You can remove this grouping for a flat list view.
Option | Description |
Group By Section | Enabled by default. Groups reports under section headers. |
None | Removes grouping so all reports display in a single list. |
Create New Report
If your organization has the Report Builder module enabled, you’ll see options to create new reports or import saved templates.
Option | Description |
Create from Scratch | Opens the Report Builder tool to build a report manually. |
Import | Allows uploading a saved report configuration into the system. |
Warning: If you don’t see the Create from Scratch, Import, or Duplicate options, the Report Builder module may not be enabled for your organization. This is a paid feature that must be activated by our team. If your organization has the module but you don’t see these options, an administrator will need to enable Report Builder access for you in User Settings.
Search
You can use the search bar to locate reports by name, section, or description. This is especially useful when grouping is disabled.

Search by Name, Section, or Description | Filters report list in real time based on matching text. |
Settings
Customize how your report table appears using theme and spacing options found under Settings.
Setting | Description |
Theme | Choose from Plain, Lined, or Zebra Stripes for table style. |
Row Height | Choose from Compact, Regular, or Relaxed spacing. |
Report Options
Click the three-dot menu to the right of any report to access management actions.
Option | Description |
Delete | Permanently removes a custom report. |
Duplicate | Creates a copy of a report. |
Archive for Me | Hides the report from your personal view. |
Archive for Company | Removes the report from all users' views. |
Restore for Me | Re-adds the report to your personal dashboard. |
Restore for Company | Makes the report visible again for all users. |
Warning: The Delete option is not available for system reports. The Duplicate option is part of the Report Builder module and must be activated as a paid feature. If your organization has the module but you don’t see these options, an administrator must enable access for you in User Settings.
Archived Report Options
The Archived section appears at the bottom of the page. Click the three-dot menu to the right of any report to access management actions.

FAQs
Why don’t I see the Create or Duplicate options?
These options require the paid Report Builder module and must be enabled for your user profile by an admin.
Can I favorite reports for everyone?
No. Favorites are user-specific and do not affect the view for others in your organization.
What happens when I archive a report?
Archived reports are removed from your view (or all users, depending on the option selected) but can be restored anytime.
