The Internal Notification Settings section allows you to configure how notifications are sent to internal staff members. These settings help ensure that important updates and alerts are delivered effectively via email and SMS.
Navigating to Internal Notification Settings
Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
Select Company Settings.
Expand Loan Setup/Origination in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click Internal Notification Settings.
Tip: If you do not see the Internal Notification Settings section, ensure that you have the necessary permissions or contact your administrator.
Internal Notifications
These settings control how notifications are sent to internal staff members.

Best Practice: Ensure staff members update their My Profile settings to receive email/SMS notifications. Personal preferences override company-wide settings.
Stakeholder Profile Duplication Settings
These settings help prevent duplicate stakeholder profiles by defining criteria to flag potential duplicates.
Field | Description |
Stakeholder | Select the stakeholder type (e.g., borrower, investor). |
Name | Check this box to include names in duplication checks. |
Phone | Enable this option to compare phone numbers for duplicate detection. |
Select this to factor in email addresses when checking for duplicates. | |
Condition | Define whether all selected fields must match (All) or if any single field match is enough (Any). |
Action | Choose the system response: Rejection (prevents duplicate creation) or Warning (notifies users but allows creation). |
