External Notification

Setting

Description

Enable SMS Communication by Default When a New Borrower is Created

Best Practice: Enabling SMS notifications can enhance borrower engagement, but ensure you comply with regional SMS regulations.

Email Whitelabelling

For a complete step-by-step guide on setting up email whitelabelling, refer to the Whitelabel Your Email Domain article. Email whitelabelling ensures emails sent from the system appear as if they are sent from your company’s domain rather than the platform’s default email.

Tip: If your domain shows as Pending, check the DNS records in your domain provider and retry verification.

Forward All Investor Statement Emails to This Email Address

Allows a copy of all investor reports to be forwarded to a designated email for record-keeping.

Best Practice: Choose an investor report day that aligns with accounting schedules to prevent processing delays.
