Enabling this setting allows your firm to document and reference title company involvement within loan files, streamlining transaction management.
Navigating to This Section
Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
Select Company Settings.
Use the left-hand navigation menu to expand Loan Setup/Origination.
Locate Stakeholder Setup.
Tip: If your firm does not regularly work with title companies, keeping this feature disabled will maintain a simplified workflow.
Configuring Title Companies
Enabling Title Company Tracking
In the Stakeholder Setup section, locate the Title Companies setting.
Select Yes to activate title company tracking.
Once enabled, a dedicated Title Companies section will be available within loan files for documentation and management.
Reminder: Only enable this feature if your firm consistently engages with title companies. If not, leaving it disabled will minimize unnecessary fields and dashboards.
