Introduction

Appraisers assess the fair market value of properties, playing a crucial role in private mortgage transactions. Enabling this feature allows you to store appraiser details, valuation reports, and other essential information within loan files.

Navigating to This Section

  1. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.

  2. Select Company Settings.

  3. Use the left-hand navigation menu to expand Loan Setup/Origination.

  4. Locate Stakeholder Setup.

Tip: Only enable the appraiser module if your firm regularly engages appraisers. Keeping unnecessary modules disabled ensures a streamlined interface.

  1. In the Stakeholder Setup section, find the Appraisers setting.

  2. Select Yes to activate the feature.

  3. Once enabled, an Appraisers section will be available within loan files to store valuation details.
