Upload your company logo and background image to customize the Investor Portal. Branded visuals create a cohesive and professional investor experience.
Navigating to This Section
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
Select Investor Portal.
Click Branding in the left-hand navigation.
Tip: If you can’t access this section, check your permissions or speak with your admin.
Upload Branding to the Investor Portal
Step-by-Step Instructions
Locate or create your image files using the required dimensions and formats listed below.
In the Upload Header Logo area, either drag and drop the logo or click Click to upload.
In the Upload Background Image area, drag and drop your background or click Click to upload.
Use the eye icon to preview the uploaded files.
To remove an image, click the trash can icon beside the preview.
Success: Updated logos and backgrounds display immediately in the Investor Portal.
Branding Image Requirements

Header Logo | 200px x 50px, PNG or JPG, max size: 2MB |
Background Image | 2550px x 208px, PNG or JPG, max size: 50MB |

Can I use a logo that also appears on investor statements?
No. Logos uploaded here only appear in the Investor Portal header.
What happens if my uploaded image looks blurry?
Blurry visuals usually indicate incorrect dimensions. Double-check file size and resolution.
Can I use an SVG logo or background?
Yes, SVGs are supported for background images and offer superior clarity.
