Introduction
Investor Portal settings let you tailor every aspect of the investor experience—from branding and access to email communication and data visibility. This overview summarizes each available configuration.
Navigating to This Section
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
Select the Investor Portal tile.
Tip: If you don’t see this tile, check your user permissions or contact your admin.
Access
The Access section allows you to connect your Investor Portal to a custom subdomain. This provides a branded, easy-to-remember URL where investors can log in securely. Domain Name System (DNS) configuration is required to complete the setup. Each portal (Investor, Borrower, Broker) must use a unique subdomain.
Warning: Subdomain setup requires DNS access. Check with your domain provider before starting.
Branding
Use the Branding section to upload your company’s logo and portal background image. These visuals help create a consistent, professional investor-facing experience. You can preview or replace these files anytime to keep your branding current.
The Email Settings let you define the sender address for all automated investor communications and set a recipient inbox for Contact Us messages. You can also customize email templates for key actions like enabling accounts, resetting passwords, and adding accounts. All updates apply portal-wide.
Contact Us Page Configuration
This setting controls which users appear on the investor-facing Contact Us page. You can configure visibility by role or manually select individuals. Profile images, titles, LinkedIn URLs, and emails are pulled from User Settings and My Account, helping maintain a polished contact card display.
Reminder: Profile data like images, LinkedIn links, and titles must be maintained by users in My Account and User Settings.
Investor Accounts
This section allows you to manage who can access the portal. You can activate or deactivate investor accounts, apply bulk statement cadences (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), and view login history. Filters help segment investors by type or cadence, and selections persist across pages for efficient bulk actions.
Toggles
Toggle Settings control which graphs and fund manager notes appear in the portal. You can show or hide portfolio visualizations like loan priority or loan-to-value ratio. If a section is turned off, the remaining content expands to fill the space, maintaining a clean portal layout.
