Introduction
Toggle settings control the visibility of portfolio graphs and fund manager notes within the Investor Portal. Use these options to tailor the interface to match your investor communication strategy.
Navigation to This Section
Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
Select Investor Portal.
In the left-hand panel, scroll to or click Toggle Settings.
Tip: If you cannot access Toggle Settings, ensure you have the necessary permissions or check with your administrator.
Available Toggles
Use the table below to manage visibility of key investor-facing data panels.
Setting | Description |
Notes from Fund Manager | Displays a text box with fund manager updates. |
Portfolio Graphs - Loan Priority | Shows a visual breakdown of loans by repayment priority. |
Portfolio Graphs - Per Holding Type | Graphs loan categories based on their types. (Standard, Construction, Commercial, and Fix & Flip) |
Portfolio Graphs - Loan-to-Value Ratio | Displays LTV ratios across the portfolio. |
Tip: Disabling one or more graphs automatically expands the remaining sections (e.g., Notes from Fund Manager) to fill the available space in the investor portal.
Additional Options
You can add content to the Notes from Fund Manager section by clicking the Click to Add Notes from the Fund Manager button. Use the eye icon to preview how the note will appear to investors, and the trash can icon to delete it if necessary.
FAQs
Can I enable only one specific graph for all investors?
Yes. Simply disable the other graphs and leave the one you'd like active. The system applies settings globally.
Will removing notes from the Fund Manager affect other sections?
No. Removing the notes only impacts that individual section, and the layout will adjust automatically.
Is there a way to restore default toggle visibility settings?
Toggle settings must be adjusted manually. There is no system reset button, so re-enable each item as needed.
