Enable and manage investor portal access, filters, and communication preferences.

Introduction

This article explains how to configure investor access and portal settings. You'll learn how to activate accounts, set statement cadences, and manage contact details efficiently.

Navigating to This Section

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right to open Settings.

  2. Select Investor Portal.

  3. Click Investor Accounts.

Tip: If you can’t access this section, check your permissions or speak with your admin.

Investor Account Configuration

Use this section to manage investor access, contact details, and statement delivery cadence within the portal.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Use the Search Bar to locate investors by name or email.

  2. Review investor status using the All, Active, or Inactive tabs.

  3. Filter results using the Filter dropdown:

    • Fund Investors

    • Mortgage Investors

    • Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly cadence

  4. Use Checkboxes beside investor names to:

    • Enable Activate Selected Accounts for manual batch activation.

    • Apply a cadence using the Bulk Statement Cadence dropdown.

Tip: Investor selections now persist across pages—apply bulk actions to multi-page selections without losing progress.

Description

Activate All Accounts

Activates all investors with valid emails. Sends account enabling email.

Activate Selected Accounts

Appears after selecting one or more checkboxes. Activates only selected users.

Export

Downloads table data as a CSV file.

Investor Name

Displays the name of the investor as it appears on their profile.

Investor Email

Displays the email address on the investor’s profile.

Status Toggle

Enables or disables portal access per investor. Only shown if email is present.

Actions

Includes options like Reset Password, available only if the investor is active.

Statement Cadence

Sets delivery frequency for investor statements. Options: Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.

Last Login

Shows investor’s last portal access.

Warning: If an investor lacks a valid email, the Status Toggle and Activate buttons will be disabled.

FAQs

How do I apply statement cadence to multiple investors?

Use checkboxes to select investors, then choose a cadence from the Bulk Statement Cadence dropdown.

What happens if an investor has no email on file?

They cannot be activated. Add an email address in their profile before enabling access.

Are profile updates made automatically from investor requests?

No. Contact updates and requests are sent to your inbox and must be processed manually.
