Introduction
The Contact Us page helps you highlight investor-facing team members. This guide explains how to control who appears and where their contact info comes from.
Navigating to This Section
Click the gear icon at the top-right to open Settings.
Select Investor Portal.
Click Communication Settings.
Choose Contact Us Page Configuration.
Tip: If you can’t access this section, check your permissions or speak with your admin.

Configuration Options
Option | Description |
By Role | Displays the user assigned to each investor’s role for tailored communication. |
By User | Manually select one or more users to display on the Contact Us page.

Displayed Information and Data Sources
Each user’s display card on the Contact Us page sources data from multiple areas of the system. Complete the fields listed below to ensure a professional appearance:
Profile Photo: Upload an image in My Account under Profile Photo.
LinkedIn URL: Add this in My Account under LinkedIn URL.
Email and Title: Update these in Settings > User Settings. Select your name in the left-hand navigation and edit the Email and Title fields.
Success: Once configured, the Contact Us page updates immediately and reflects your selected roles or users.

How do I edit my contact title or email address?
Go to Settings > User Settings, select your name on the left, and edit the Email and Title fields.
