View Contact Us Page in Portal

Help investors understand how to use the Contact Us screen for reaching your team.

Introduction

This article explains how the Contact Us screen appears inside the Investor Portal. It shows investors how to view contact info and submit support requests to your team.

Navigating to This Section

  1. Log in to the Investor Portal.

  2. In the left-hand navigation, click Contact Us.

Note: This section only appears if a role or specific user has been selected in the Contact Us Page Configuration.

Submitting a Message via the Contact Form

Contact Form Fields

Field

Description

Investment

Dropdown list of all active loans and funds.

Account

Dropdown of investor accounts linked to their profile.

Topic

Options include: Account Issues, Withdrawal Request, Statement Inquiry, Meeting Request, Deposit Request

Subject

A free-text line for the message subject.

Message

A large text box for detailed questions or requests.

Success: After submitting, investors will see a pop-up in the top-right corner that reads: "Contact Form Submitted Successfully!"

The Team

Tip: LinkedIn and email icons only appear if your team has set them up in advance.

Investors can see up to four featured team members, each shown with a photo, title, email, and LinkedIn profile if those details have been added by your team.

Each team card includes:

  • Profile Photo

  • Name and Title

  • Email Icon – Opens the investor’s default mail client

  • LinkedIn Icon – Opens the team member’s LinkedIn in a new tab

This view helps investors understand who to reach out to and what each person handles. All email links are view-only and will not automatically send messages through the portal.

Warning: Messages sent via Contact Us section are not tracked in the system. They go directly to your team's inbox for manual follow-up.

FAQs

Can investors message specific team members through the portal?
No. Clicking the email icon opens the investor’s email client but does not send a message automatically.

Where do messages from the Contact Us form go?
They are sent to the Contact Us Email Address configured by your team in portal settings.

What if an investor doesn’t see any team members on the page?
Your admin may not have selected users to display or completed the required profile details.
