Configure Investor Email Settings

Set sender email addresses and customize system email templates for investor communication.

Introduction

Email Settings let you customize sender information and the appearance of system messages sent from the Investor Portal. This helps align communications with your brand and maintain professional investor engagement.

Navigating to This Section

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.

  2. Select Investor Portal.

  3. Click Communication Settings.

  4. Select Email Settings.

Tip: If you cannot access Email Settings, ensure you have the necessary permissions or check with your administrator.

Field

Description

From Email Address

The email address that will appear in the From field on all outgoing investor emails. Replies will be directed here.

Contact Us Email Address

The email that receives messages sent through the Contact Us form in the Investor Portal.

Tip: Use a monitored email address for both the From Email Address and Contact Us Email Address to ensure timely communication with investors.

Customize Email Templates

The following templates control automated communications triggered by common investor actions:

Template

Purpose

Add Account

Sent to the fund manager when an investor requests to add a new account. Includes request details.

Enabling Account

Sent to the investor when their account is enabled. Contains login link and temporary password.

Reset Password

Sent to the investor when they initiate a password reset.

Contact Us

Sent to the designated Contact Us Email Address when an investor submits a contact request.

Info: Email templates are managed within the PDF Template Editor and support dynamic fields for investor-specific content.

FAQs

Can I set a different β€œFrom” address per fund?
No. Email addresses configured here apply across the entire Investor Portal.

Do template changes affect past emails?
No. Edits only affect emails sent after the change.
